Elevation Music Studio (EMS) is a recording studio, located on the West of Kingston Ontario, Owned and operated by Ryan Lewis, that functions as a music school, artist development and artist management company. It was created, specifically to expose creative individuals to the world, and business, of the music industry; preparing them to take on a professional, or vocational role, according to each individual's goals.
We are able to provide audio-recording solutions, within various platforms, and are also Source-Connect [standard] compliant.
The EMS culture is built on a non-negotiable value-system of trust, honesty, transparency & FUN.

OUR DNA
Our main goal, at EMS, is to cultivate a movement that truly understands what it means to work as a team. None of us can truly make it on our own; even the thought of building an empire, alone, seems so redundant-since the concept of building, involves a system of individual entities, which are reinforced, only when they are compiled with other like entities, or individuals; you know: that idea of, brick upon brick; precept upon precept.
Our goal is to help nurture and fine-tune the craft of each artist, not necessarily to conform to a specific format, but simply to be the best version of themselves. The best athletes in the world all have something in common: Yes, they train; yes, they study; yes, they perform, but they all have and individual, who pushes them, past the threshold of normal limits, so that they seem to stand a bit taller, than the rest of us mortals; that, in its simplest explanation, is what we endeavour to accomplish.

We offer Voice-overs, Audio-books, Demos, Singles/EPs/LPs, Commercial Audio, Vocal Drops, ADR, Video Production, along with mixing and mastering.
ARTIST DEVELOPMENT (LESSONS)
At EMS, we do things a bit differently: We endeavor to create an atmosphere that points towards enabling and empowering each artist to be able to pursue a career in music, should they so desire.
Elevation Music Studio is an audio recording establishment that offers music and artist development for both beginners and professionals, in a fun and safe environment.
Artists are encouraged to develop the live performance, studio performance, and songwriting skills; along with the discipline it takes to market and promote their work.
Names/Titles are very important, as it relates to perception.

SOCAN administers these performing rights on behalf of its members by collecting and distributing royalties when songs are publicly performed.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS MUSIC: The reproduction right gives rights holders’ of a song the sole right to authorize the reproduction of their work on various mediums, including CDs, records, and digital media. SOCAN administers these reproduction rights on behalf of the rights holders we represent by issuing licenses for the reproduction to such organizations as music labels and digital service providers. VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS The reproduction right gives rights holders’ of an artistic work the sole right to authorize the reproduction of their work on various mediums, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, architectural works, engraving, photographs. SOCAN administers these reproduction rights on behalf of the rights’ holder by issuing licenses for the reproduction of their members’ works.
